God Hears Your Prayers!!

Romans 4:7–8 "Blessed are those whose lawless deeds are forgiven, and whose sins are covered; 8.blessed is the man to whom the Lord shall not impute sin."
Some people think that if they were more "right" with God, then God would hear their prayers. For example, they sometimes believe that if they hadn’t quarrelled with their wives or had those bad thoughts earlier in the day, then God would answer their prayers.
God is not like that. He wants you to know beyond any doubt that you can always come to His throne of grace with boldness and have every confidence that He hears your prayers. (Hebrews 4:16) You see, because of Jesus’ finished work on the cross, you are already right with God. You don’t need to do anything to make yourself more "right" with God. In fact, by faith in Jesus, you have received the very righteousness of God Himself! (2 Corinthians 5:21) And no matter how many mistakes you make, you will never lose that righteousness because in the first place, God gave it to you apart from your works. (Romans 4:5–6) In other words, God didn’t impute righteousness to you because you were good, but because you believed in Jesus.
Because of what Jesus has done for you at the cross, all your sins — past, present and future — are forgiven. God will by no means ever remember your sins or count them against you!Beloved, because Jesus has been punished for your sins, today, God is not counting your sins against you. This means that your sins don’t hinder Him from hearing and responding to your prayers. So you can always run into His presence knowing that you can boldly stand in and enjoy His presence and His love.
When you know this truth, it is going to set you free in your relationship with God. You can talk to God without fear or a sense of condemnation. You can practise His presence and trust that He always hears you. So should something happen at home or at work, you don’t always have to call for your church leaders — you pray and God hears!
You are righteous in Christ and God hears your prayers — all because of Jesus!

His Blood Keeps On Cleansing You

1 John 1:7 But if we walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin.
During the day, the devil may whisper in your head, "You cannot go into God’s presence because you have not spent enough time with Him." Or, he will tell you that it is because of the sin you have just committed.
The devil will always make you feel that you are not qualified or clean enough to go near God. But the truth is, regardless of how you feel and what you have done, "the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin".In the original Greek, the word "cleanses" is in the present continuous tense. This means that once you are a believer, the blood of Jesus Christ keeps on cleansing you from every sin! You can rest knowing that you are always forgiven in this continuous wash cycle of the blood of Jesus. Because you are continually cleansed, you are also always in the light. You will never walk in darkness. You walk in the light and when you sin, the blood is there continuously washing you and keeping you in the light.
The Bible says that we overcome the devil, the accuser of our brethren, by the blood of the Lamb. (Revelation 12:11) If you have sinned, remind yourself that Jesus’ blood keeps on cleansing you from every sin — 24 hours a day, seven days a week! The devil cannot defeat you when your faith is in the blood that cleanses you continuously.
If you are still guilt-stricken, it is your consciousness of your sin that condemns you. It is your refusal to let it go because you think that you are being humble and holy when you feel bad about your sins. This is nothing more than self-righteousness!
The eternal blood of Jesus Christ offers you eternal redemption and everlasting righteousness. My friend, it is time for you to accept the payment of Jesus’ blood as the final sacrifice!

The Answer For A Guilty Conscience

Hebrews 9:14 How much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered Himself without spot to God, cleanse your conscience from dead works to serve the living God?
Have you heard the voice of your conscience saying things like, "You deserve hell for the sins you committed against your wife three years ago" and "Why are you surprised that your child is not talking to you? You were never around when he needed you"?You know, there are people who feel depressed all the time because of a sense of guilt. And they "pay" for their sins in terms of illnesses. In fact, doctors are discovering that the bulk of psychosomatic sicknesses are caused by guilt and condemnation because the conscience is saying, "You have done wrong. You must be punished. How can your sin not be punished?"
That is why you must have an answer that will satisfy your conscience. When your conscience says, "You have sinned. You must be punished for this sin or else God is not a just God", you say, "Yes, I have sinned. But this sin and every other sin that I have committed was punished to the maximum in the body of Jesus Christ! So there remains no more punishment for me today, for ‘how much more shall the blood of Christ, who through the eternal Spirit offered Himself without spot to God, cleanse my conscience…’"
My friend, the only way to bring peace into your conscience is to revert to the cross. The cross of Jesus is the only answer that will satisfy your conscience.
So the next time your conscience condemns you because of sin, don’t try to silence it with your good works. Revert to the cross and say, "Father, thank You for Jesus and the cross. Christ was totally condemned on my behalf for this sin, so there is now absolutely no condemnation left for me." Then, your conscience will look at the cross and say, "Ahhhh... Peace." My friend, Jesus’ finished work at the cross truly sets you free!

The Strength To ‘Go And Sin No More’

John 8:11 "Neither do I condemn you; go and sin no more."
Imagine you were there at the temple when the woman caught in adultery was brought before Jesus by the scribes and Pharisees. Would you have expected Jesus to condemn her for her sin? Maybe you would have been surprised to hear Him say, "He who is without sin among you, let him throw a stone at her first." (John 8:7) After all, she was caught in the very act of adultery.
Jesus, the only one in the crowd who truly had the power to condemn her, would not. If you had eavesdropped on their conversation after the crowd had left, you would have heard Him ask her, "Woman… Has no one condemned you?" (John 8:10) He spoke such words of grace to her because He loved her. Also, by asking her the question, He was giving her a chance to speak words of no condemnation to herself — "No one [condemns me], Lord."
Jesus not only spoke words of grace to her, He also gave her the gift of no condemnation — "Neither do I condemn you; go and sin no more."Could He do that? She did commit a serious sin. Had God gone soft on sin and compromised His holy standards? Of course not! Jesus could say that to her because He knew that He would be punished for her sins on the cross. He was therefore able to give her the gift of no condemnation.Today, you have the gift of no condemnation because the Son of God was condemned for all your sins. (Romans 8:1) God cannot condemn you when you sin because He is faithful and just to what His Son has done. But we still find people saying, "Go and sin no more first, and then I won’t condemn you." But God says, "I don’t condemn you. Go and sin no more." God gives you the gift of no condemnation so that you have the strength to go and sin no more

Your Advocate Always Wins Your Case

1 John 2:1 My little children, these things I write to you, so that you may not sin. And if anyone sins, we have an Advocate with the Father, Jesus Christ the righteous.
If you want a glimpse of some real-life celestial drama, picture this: God the Father sits as judge of the universe with Jesus Christ at His right hand, who is not only your High Priest, but also your Advocate.
When your accuser, the devil, comes along and says, "You have done this wrong and you have not done that right," Jesus says, "Father, the devil is right, but My blood has paid for what the devil is accusing him of."
But the devil adds, "You have also not been reading the Bible or praying enough. And this morning, you told a lie." Again, Jesus will say, "Father, the devil has indeed reported correctly, but My blood has paid for all these failures." God the Father will then slam the gavel on the sound block and say, "Case dismissed! Next!"
You need to understand that God can justly declare you innocent and completely righteous because Jesus took your place at the cross and shed His blood to pay for your sins and condemnation. (2 Corinthians 5:21) God is simply being faithful and just to what Christ has done.
When Jesus rose from the grave, He rose as your Advocate, your lawyer. But unlike most earthly lawyers who take on cases because it serves their interests and wallets, He is a lawyer who is personally interested in your happiness and well-being. Unlike earthly lawyers who are not caught up in the feelings and sufferings of their clients, Jesus went through great sufferings for you and paid with His own life so that you can receive all the blessings from God. As your Advocate today, Jesus ensures that what He died and suffered to give you, you get! In heaven today, He defends and represents you to ensure that the healing, wholeness, protection and other blessings He died to give you are enforced in your life. You can have confidence in and rest in the ability of your Advocate!

Your Sins Are Not Being Recorded

Hebrews 8:12 For I will be merciful to their unrighteousness, and their sins and their lawless deeds I will remember no more."I once saw a comic book which showed how a man lusted after a woman, then died of a heart attack and went to heaven. In heaven, he sees a big screen showing everyone present a recording of all the sins he had committed on earth, including the last one! How embarrassing! Don’t worry, that is not going to happen to you in heaven. There is no big screen with front-row and circle seats for everyone to sit and watch your past sins. There is no video recorder in heaven recording your sins right now. Because your lifetime of sins has already been punished in the body of Jesus, God declares to you, "Your sins and lawless deeds, I will by no means, ever remember!"This is true even for the Old Testament heroes of faith such as Abraham, Moses and David. If you read Hebrews 11, which was written after the cross of Jesus, you will notice that there are no records of their sins or failures. Yet, their life stories tell us that they were far from perfect. Abraham lied twice about his wife Sarah. He told Pharoah and later, king Abimelech, that she was his sister to protect his own life. Moses killed an Egyptian who was beating a Hebrew, and hid him in the sand. David committed adultery with Bathsheba and later arranged for her husband to be killed in battle. Yet, their sins are not recorded in Hebrews 11, but their deeds done in faith are! God is showing you that He does not record your sins or failures today. Instead, He records your faith beliefs and deeds done in response to what His Son has done for you. Every time you sin, every time you waver in your faith, God does not record it. But every time you believe Him and respond in faith, He records it! That should not make you want to sin more. It should free you to love God more!
So don’t be conscious of your failures. If God Himself does not remember them, who are you to remember them? Be conscious instead, of your righteousness in Christ (2 Corinthians 5:21), and you will reign in life! (Romans 5:17)

Rejoice, O Barren!

Isaiah 54:1 "Sing, O barren, you who have not borne! Break forth into singing, and cry aloud, you who have not laboured with child!
Barrenness. What a frustrating and shameful condition. Yet, God’s Word in Isaiah 54 to those who are experiencing barrenness is, "Rejoice!"
Why? Because in the previous chapter, it tells us that the chastisement for our peace fell upon Jesus. (Isaiah 53:4) The word "peace" here in Hebrew means completeness, soundness, health and prosperity. In other words, all these benefits are yours today because Jesus has already been punished at the cross for your peace. That is why you can start rejoicing.
So God wants you right now, in whatever area you are barren in, to start rejoicing as if the fruit or yield you want to see has already come. He wants you to start thinking, speaking and acting as if the barrenness is no more. If you are financially barren, start planning for what you would do when your finances increase. I am not saying that you go out and spend recklessly now, but start making plans for wealth and increase. The time to do this is when you are still in what your natural eyes see as a barren stage. You may say, "But Pastor Prince, you don’t understand, the banks are chasing me!"
God says, "Rejoice because you are the prosperous one in Christ." In Christ, you are already blessed with every spiritual blessing, including prosperity. (Ephesians 1:3) "For you know the grace of our Lord Jesus Christ, that though He was rich, yet for your sakes He became poor, that you through His poverty might become rich." (2 Corinthians 8:9)If you are sick, start planning to do what you have not been able to do. Don’t rejoice only when the healing manifests and the pain is no more. Rejoice now in your healing because Jesus has already borne your diseases and carried your pains, and by His stripes you have already been healed. (Isaiah 53:4–5)
Whatever barren situation you are in, rejoice and tell God, "Father, because of the sacrifice of Your Son, I am blessed with all spiritual blessings in heavenly places in Christ. You have already given me everything. So I am going to act like it is so and rejoice!"

Point To Jesus Your Qualification

1 Corinthians 1:30 But of Him you are in Christ Jesus, who became for us wisdom from God — and righteousness and sanctification and redemption
When the devil accuses us of having done wrong and tells us that we don’t deserve God’s blessings, what should we do? Well, the Lord showed me one day what we are to do. We are to point everything back to Jesus, who qualifies us for all of God’s blessings.
When the devil says, "You are not righteous enough," you say, "Look at Jesus. He is my righteousness!"
When the devil says, "You are not holy enough," you say, "Look at Jesus. He is my sanctification!"
When the devil says, "You don’t deserve to be healed," you say, "Look at Jesus. By His stripes, I am healed!"
When the devil says, "You don’t qualify for the blessing," you say, "Look at Jesus. He is my qualification!"
Each time you point everything back to Jesus, the devil has nothing to say because Jesus qualifies you for all of God’s blessings. In and of yourself, you do not qualify. Without Christ, there is nothing good in you which can qualify you. But with Christ, your disqualification becomes your qualification for the undeserved, unearned and unmerited blessings of God. And because God puts your life in Christ (Colossians 3:3), who is the all-deserving one, you become all-deserving. Because you are in Christ, you are qualified.Jesus qualifies you because He died for you and gave you a blood-bought right to every blessing of God. You have a blood-bought right to a life full of meaning, purpose and abundance. You have a blood-bought right to walk in divine health all the days of your life. You have a blood-bought right to prosperity even when the economy is bad. You have a blood-bought right to preferential treatment because God favours you. You have a blood-bought right to the good life! My friend, you have a right to all these blessings not because you are good, but because Jesus shed His blood and qualified you to have them. So don’t let the devil or anyone tell you that you can’t expect to walk in the blessings of God!
